TAREI Certified Residential Thermography (CRT)
MIT Level 1 Thermography Certification (On-Site) - The Level I Infrared Thermography Training Course is geared toward the new infrared camera user and focuses on its use for a variety of condition monitoring/predictive maintenance applications.
TAREI’s most recent Infrared Training Class was July 25-26, 2014 at the Norris Center, Houston during the TAREI Summer Conference. Student feedback again indicated that the 2-day certified residentail thermographer class was EXCELLENT and exactly what they were looking for to learn how to use an infrared camera in their home inspection business. Attendees earned 16 hours of TREC approved credits, as well as 16 CEUs from ASHI and NAHI for those who are members.
The next class will be scheduled soon. If you are interested in attending training and are part of a larger inspection company, group or association chapter please give us a call. We might be able to schedule an onsite training specifically for you. 800-221-0163 or email email@example.com.
Geared to the new infrared camera user and camera owner, this course focuses on thermal imager use for Home and Building Inspection Professionals. Attendees successfully completing all training course requirements and a course examination will receive confirmation from TAREI as a Certified Residential Thermographer.
Students complete the course with a much stronger understanding of Thermal Imaging capabilities and applications as well as the confidence and competence to immediately put that knowledge to use. Your customers are getting smarter. They expect Home Inspectors to utilize all the tools available to provide them the best information available. Not being able to see with your eyes what the infrared camera can show you is no longer acceptable. Infrared is a powerful tool that helps you find today what could be a much bigger issue tomorrow. Infrared also helps you differentiate from your competition and that can be the difference of 1-2 inspections per month that you’ll earn by offering infrared as part of your service or just confirming that you can offer infrared as a value added service.
