SUMMARY:Virtual - sUAS Level 1 Certification
DESCRIPTION:The ITC sUAS Level 1 Thermography Certification course is geared to the individual or corporation wanting focused training on aerial IR inspections and applications. This 4 day course is designed for the sUAS pilot who needs the background\, skills\, and knowledge to properly capture and interpret thermal images. This is the same course\, taught by the same expert thermography instructors\, as in-person Level 1 courses\, but available from your home or office.\n ITC will be teaching its industry-standard Level 1 sUAS Thermography certification class on-line. This is the same course\, taught by the same expert thermography instructors\, as in-person Level 1 courses\, but available from your home or office.\n\nTopics include: sUAS anatomy\, infrared science\, portions of 49 CFR FAA Part 107 for safe operation\, applications\, cameras and lens’ for your work focus. Learn from the leaders in the industry how the cameras function\, as well as how to get the best image from your camera. This course will show you the powerful application of thermography from the air\, and the limitless applications that surround this exciting new platform. The regular tuition is $2\,500. Monroe Infrared offers a $405 discount (net $2095) if you register for a class 31 days or more in advance of the class starting date and a $125 discount (net 2375) if you register for a class 30 days or less in advance of the class start date.  \n\n\nRequired Course Materials:\n\n• Laptop– Certification Examinations will be administered electronically. Tablets are also acceptable.\n• IR Reporting Software- Please have software installed prior to class. As such\, this course is suitable for use by your employer to certify you under ASNT’s Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A provided it is consistent with your employer’s Written Practice.\nCertification Courses are developed in accordance with CP-105 and SNT-TC-1A guidelines published by ASNT (American Society of Nondestructive Testing).
