We’re not satisfied unless you’re satisfied!
Unused, purchased items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less any shipping charges and credit card processing fees paid by Monroe Infrared. Equipment returned within 8-30 days of receipt are eligible for an equal exchange or credit towards a new purchase, less a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders and manufacturer-to-order equipment cannot be returned for credit. Returned merchandise must be in its original box, in new condition, include all accessories, instructions, and a copy of the the invoice or packing slip. After an evaluation upon receipt, Monroe Infrared will determine if the refund is approved based on the condition of the equipment and return of all accessories in the original box. Again, custom orders are not returnable unless there was a mistake on our part.
Damaged in Shipment?
Please save the item(s) and packaging, and notify our main office within 48 hours at (800) 221-0163. We’ll arrange for the carrier to inspect and pickup the damaged item(s).
Training Class Cancellations
All course fees must be paid prior to the beginning of class. Please notify Monroe Infrared if you are unable to attend a course you’re registered to attend. Students can change their registration to another Monroe Infrared class of equal or greater value without penalty up to 5 business days before the course begins. With fewer than 5 business days notice changes are subject to a 25% change fee. Monroe Infrared cannot honor change requests received after the start of class. Once training manuals are shipped no refunds are granted. Students can transfer to a different class to be completed within 12 months from original scheduled class date. Students are encouraged to transfer to an alternate class instead of cancelling their registration. If a refund is requested and approved the amount refunded will be the original registration fee minus any non-refundable credit card fees.
Should Monroe Infrared postpone a course due to instructor illness, weather or for any other reason, all registrants will be notified as early as possible. Monroe Infrared’s liability will be limited to rescheduling of the class in a reasonable time or the return of the registration fee minus credit card processing fees if no alternative scheduled training date is occurring. Registrants are advised not to purchase non-refundable or non-changeable airline tickets or hotel accommodations as Monroe Infrared will not be responsible for payment of rescheduling/cancellation charges due to class changes.

The Information You Provide
The security of your personal information is very important to us. We collect personal information that you choose to voluntarily provide. This information includes your email address in order to make a purchase. We may also ask for personal information when you contact a Customer Service Representative. This allows us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity.
When you make a purchase using a credit card, we collect your name, billing address, card type, credit card numbers and expiration date. We only use third party secure sites, such as PayPal, in order to complete your transaction. We do collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s). Your password for our site is your password, therefore we cannot retrieve this information if you lose it, nor can we place orders for you under your account. You are able, however, to reset your password through our site.
